Relocating, especially with children, can be challenging. Along the way, I’ve learned what works, what doesn’t, and how important it is to have someone by your side who truly understands the process. My goal is to be that person for you—whether your move is across town or across the world.
Clients describe me as transparent, honest, and relentlessly focused on their needs. I work hard to secure the best possible terms that fit both your goals and your budget, often getting creative to navigate today’s exciting and competitive market.
Before entering real estate, I spent over 20 years in the hospitality industry, serving a diverse range of clients and always keeping their needs at the center. Originally from the Pittsburgh area (Go Steelers!), I lived in South Florida before moving halfway back to the Raleigh, NC area—earning my “Half Back” nickname. Relocating from the oceanfront to the heart of North Carolina wasn’t easy at first, but today I’m proud to call it home and to partner with Allen Tate Realty.
Whether you’re buying, selling, or relocating, I’m here to help you get where you truly belong.
